Named after an Agatha Christie novel, this establishment offers a seasonally changing menu that emphasizes locally sourced ingredients, with an ambitious goal of procuring 70% of the menu from within a 15-mile radius.
The interior is divided into three areas: a brightly coloured front resembling a modern bistro, a central bar, and a rear section featuring an open kitchen pass with cosy booths. Sharing is encouraged, with dishes ranging from larger plates like roasted halibut to smaller ones such as 'spare bed tempura,' utilizing vegetables grown in the gardens of neighbours.
