Another Time II
ROOF TOP SCULPTURE
Perched high above Oxford's streets, Another Time is one of the city's most striking public artworks. Created by internationally acclaimed sculptor Antony Gormley, the solitary iron figure stands on the rooftop of the Northgate House building, quietly watching over the city while inviting passers-by to pause, look up and reflect on Oxford from a different perspective.
Visible from several points around the city centre, the sculpture has become an unexpected landmark and a favourite among photographers and art lovers alike. Whether you stumble across it by chance or seek it out deliberately, Another Time is a reminder that some of Oxford's most memorable discoveries are found by simply looking up.
